Why it's different
Built inside a working winery, for the way a small cellar actually runs.
Every transfer, addition and removal is an entry that is never erased. A mistake is corrected with a reversing entry, so the error and the fix both stay visible — the way a bonded record has to be. Wine in bond, removals by tax class and a monthly inventory report fall out of it.
SO₂ and K-meta, acid, sugar, YAN, yeast rehydration, tannins and product doses — deterministic formulas with explicit units, covered by tests, never a number from a prompt. Pick a lot and the dose is logged to it in one tap.
Talk to it: “the Chardonnay's at 4.2 Brix and 62 degrees” and the reading is logged. It reads your live records and runs the same calculators — and before it moves wine or records an addition, it shows you a card to confirm.

Wine in bond by SKU, moves to the tasting room or personal use, physical counts, and a monthly report you can download.
Additives and packaging on hand. Deliveries add stock, additions logged to a lot draw it down, and low stock is flagged.
Everyone signs in as themselves, with roles and per-person permissions, tasks with calendar invites, a crew board, and a morning digest.
